Students on the BA Photography at Cambridge School of Art, Anglia Ruskin University produced InCam Reality Checkpoint in five days. Everything from idea development, shooting, post- production, editing and publication was done within this timeframe. We collaborated with a third year graphic design student who designed and laid out the publication.
This project foster the collaboration between first, second and third year students on the BA Photography and the wider community of the Cambridge School of Art. The students learn about each other’s practice and produce the images that explore diverse approaches to photography. Students also learn transferable skills like team building and working to very tight deadlines. For many it is their first experience of the publishing process.
This publication showcases with great success the talent we nurture and the vibrant and exciting environment we work in. As Course Leader I am immensely grateful to all students who contributed to the success of this magazine. The students have done themselves and the Cambridge School of Art proud.
